Grading from £18 per card. No membership needed for Basic. Label upgrades and delivery are additional where applicable.

We send every fortnight
We check your cards on arrival, register your submission and handle packaging for ACE. Cards must reach us by 5pm on the Thursday before dispatch. Late arrivals move to the following batch.
ACE grades your cards
ACE emails you as your submission arrives and is processed, and contacts you to choose your labels. Your payment invoice comes directly from ACE when the submission is ready to return.
Collect your graded cards
ACE returns all graded cards to Trainer Legacy. We will let you know when they are ready to collect from our Colwyn Bay shop. Store collection applies to both postal and in-store submissions.

Register first
Send your card list through the form and wait for our email confirming the arrangements. Include your name, email and a copy of the agreed card list inside the parcel.
Protect your cards
Keep each card in a sleeve and suitable protective holder. Use a sturdy outer box and padding to prevent movement. Ask us for packing advice if you are unsure.
Allow time to arrive
Choose a tracked service with cover suitable for your cards. Keep the tracking details and allow enough time to reach our shop before the Thursday 5pm cut-off.
Grading, label upgrades and delivery charges are separate from our free handling service. We will confirm the delivery arrangements with you before you post.
Your questions, answered.
When do you send cards to ACE?
We dispatch every other Friday, starting 16 October 2026. Cards must arrive by 5pm UK time on the Thursday before dispatch. The live schedule above shows the next dates. Cards arriving after the cut-off join the following batch. The batch wait, transit and return delivery are additional to ACE’s grading estimate.
Can I post my cards to you?
Yes. Choose “Post my cards” in the submission form. We will reply to confirm your card list and sending arrangements. Please wait for that email before posting. Allow time for delivery: your cards must arrive at our shop by the cut-off. You must collect the graded cards from our Colwyn Bay shop afterwards.
Is there a Trainer Legacy handling fee?
No. We do not charge a handling fee for submitting your cards to ACE. Grading, optional label upgrades and applicable delivery charges still apply.
Who do I pay?
ACE invoices you directly once its services are complete and your submission is ready to return. The final amount depends on your selected service, labels and applicable delivery charges.
Do I need an ACE account before dropping off?
If you already have one, bring the email address linked to it. If not, the drop-off can be registered with your email and you can set up your account afterwards. Keep an eye on ACE’s emails. We register the return to Trainer Legacy for store collection.
When do I choose my labels?
ACE emails you when it is time to choose your labels. Standard labels are included; Colour Match is £1 extra per card and an ACE label is £3 extra per card, subject to availability.
Can I use Core or Value?
These service levels are only available if you have the required ACE Select membership. We can check the available service options when registering your drop-off.
How do my cards come back?
ACE sends your graded cards back to Trainer Legacy for collection from our Colwyn Bay shop. We will contact you when they are ready. We do not offer onward shipping to customers, including for cards originally submitted by post.
Which cards can I submit?
Tell us the card names and game so we can check eligibility and the available service options. Keep your cards protected and ask us about sleeves and holders before your visit.
Can you guarantee a grade?
No. ACE determines the final grade after assessing each card. Grading does not guarantee a particular grade or an increase in resale value.
